Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to ship it back to us.
- Items shipped after this 14-day period will be returned to the sender.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Items must be free from stains, hair, and odours.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Please note that refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
